If you want to be a part of this groundbreaking work, please apply!The Global Medical Content and Training Contractor (Level II) within Global Oncology Medical Affairs (GOMA) executes high-quality global scientific deliverables. The Contractor leads the execution of internal global medical education trainings to enhance internal scientific expertise across global/regional/local Medical Affairs teams.Responsibilities:· Develop and execute the Medical Content and Training strategic and tactical plans to drive oncology/hematology launch excellence· Develop and conduct comprehensive medical review of global medical training content, including but not limited to, internal Medical Affairs educational materials; develop and execute global-regional training programs for launch readiness· Develop and conduct medical review of medical content (e.g., slide decks, Q+As, guidance documents) to ensure high quality, scientifically sound deliverables· Conduct comprehensive medical review and clearance of materials/programs as member of the GOMA review team, including global promotional review· Support inquiry handling via literature search and analysis and response developmentSkills:· In-depth knowledge of pharmacotherapy and pharmacological sciences · Strong relationship management skills; ability to work well within an international and cross-functional team· Results driven; strong analytical skills· Highly proficient in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and working in fast paced environment· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Technologies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)· Minimum 3-5 years in a medically-related field (experience in medical communications and training is preferred)System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
