DescriptionAmazon Fresh is looking for a results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager with exceptional communication and project management skills. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with different business, tech, and product owners across the organization to define and build new marketing solutions and tools. You will also be responsible for defining Go-To-Market strategies and marketing communications for high priority product launches.This Product Marketing Manager will invent and build on behalf of internal marketers and our external customers. You will serve as the main business liaison for new marketing tools and solutions, working cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams across grocery businesses. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable in diving deep to understand customer paint points, balancing multiple projects and effectively influencing various partner teams.The ideal candidate will have strong customer experience intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of marketing strategies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.Key job responsibilities* Identify internal marketer and external customer needs, build product roadmap prioritizations, and represent the voice of both the marketer and customer* Define features and requirements for product and tech teams to build new capabilities*Influence feature delivery and trade-offs, overseeing the roadmap strategy for marketing tool and CX initiatives* Communicate the state of initiatives and goals effectively. Work with teams to remove product blockers* Define business SOPs and best practices on how to leverage the new marketing tools and CX features* Develop metrics, goals and KPIs to measure and track business results*Owns developing overall process and quality improvement mechanismsBasic Qualifications- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plansPreferred Qualifications- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
