DoctorLogic is experiencing growth and is looking to further expand our team with the addition of a talented Content Operations Manager to help manage the direction of the Operations Content team.NOTE: THIS IS A REMOTE POSITIONThe DoctorLogic Website Marketing Platform has helped thousands of doctors from all medical specialties, including plastic surgeons, dentists, and dental service organizations (DSO) to increase their number of new patients, grow their practice, and outperform their competition online. This is a well-funded company with an industry-shaping platform started by proven entrepreneurs with a successful track record.Overview of Duties:● Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that support client goals and objectives.● Content Creation Oversight: Manage a team of content creators, including writers, and editors, to produce relevant and SEO-optimized content across various channels. Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing including real-time implementation. Assist with ongoing customer support requests as needed once the client is live.● Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets DoctorLogic's standards for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone.● Content Calendar and Queue Management: Develop and maintain content calendars and/or departmental queues to ensure consistent publishing schedules and timely delivery of content. Pre-sale site scoping (when necessary or requested) and preparing new project documentation for timeline writers to complete the content for new websites effectively.● Performance Tracking, Reporting, and Analysis: Use DoctorLogic Project Management Systems to monitor content performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Report on overall team metrics and performance.● Client Communication: As needed, assist onboarding clients in selecting the most strategic ways to leverage their site’s content for the best long-term performance output. Occasionally taking on client escalations to discuss adjustments to their content strategy or style adjustments to better match their practice’s branding and messaging.● Team Leadership: Hire and train new content operations team members. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the content operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Consistently contribute to and oversee updates to team documentation, team training, continued team professional development, collaborations with other departments, and process improvements.● Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to supplement internal resources and capabilities.● Stay Updated: Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and digital media. Passionate about sharing new information with team members to ensure that the content output uses the most relevant strategy.● Multitask: Work on various projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to and meeting strict deadlines.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
