Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Our Advanced Radar RF & Design Department has an immediate need for a Production Support CCA REA role with experience in production program support. We are looking for candidates to lead, collaborate, and coordinate with the CCA Supplier, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to proactively and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. In this role, you will lead with a culture of trust, transparency, compliance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability. This position will reside in the Radar Production Design Support section that supports the Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) program.What You Will Do+ Conduct cross-IPT CCA supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk+ Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis+ Facilitate supplier requests for product and process changes+ Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities+ Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders+ Travel periodically to suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and customer sites to support programs (up to 15%)Qualifications You Must Have+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related STEM discipline such as Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline with minimum of 5 years related experience with any combination of the following:+ Experience leading and supporting Production and/or Test of electrical sub-systems in a manufacturing environment+ Experience with analysis of technical data+ Experience with fault isolation / troubleshooting at the system to WRA/LRU/Sub-system level+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance (with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance) is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer+ Ability to understand and interpret contract requirements, program schedule, and cost data+ Experience conducting failure investigations and providing recommendations to address systemic issues and to prevent recurrence+ Experience with Manufacturing Engineering is strongly preferred+ Experience with PRISM, SAP, and CMES+ Knowledge of program tailoring and internal review processes including Raytheon’s Supplier Change Request Notification (SCRN)+ Earned Value (EV) Certification+ Familiarity with hardware compliance of Raytheon Quality Notes, J-STD-001, and ISO9001/AS9100 standardsWhat We Offer+ Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
