The UX team supports dozens of browser-based applications for internal users, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools within a design system. They have a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly UIs using repeatable patterns and templates.The successful Designer needs to be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly when scope and requirements are fluid.Responsibilities:+ Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders+ Produce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slides+ Use Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs leveraging enterprise-grade patterns and templates; produce interaction prototypes for handoff+ Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products+ Eloquently present design solutions to stakeholders+ Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience designing enterprise-facing products using Figma+ Professional experience working within design systems, especially Material Design, Angular Material, and React Material. Experience with Accessibility and SaaS design systems including Salesforce, SAP Fiori, and ServiceNow a plus.+ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent field+ Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal)+ A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (Must include link in resume or application)+ Must be able to work Eastern TimeFully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
