We are looking for a talented Creative Content Producer to join our team and help us elevate our brand through compelling visual storytelling.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.* Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.* Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and business goals.* Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.* Creative Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas aligned with our brand that engage and inspire our audience.* Technical Skills: Utilize industry-standard software and tools for video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in Canva is a plus.* Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including writers, marketers, and designers, to produce cohesive and effective content.* Organization: Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy access and future use.**Qualifications****Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities****Knowledge of*** Proven experience of video shooting, editing, and different filming styles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.* Experience with video production equipment.* Familiarity with multimedia assets in digital marketing.* Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.* Proficiency in video filming and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, IN Design, After Effects).* Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.* Current trends in digital media and content creation.* Developing and producing high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, animations, and photography, for various platforms (social media, website, marketing materials, etc.).* Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and cohesive content that aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.* Conceptualizing and executing creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.* Editing and enhancing visual content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.* How shots flow together to create a cohesive narrative, ensuring sharp focus and proper exposure in each shot, and balancing sound elements for a seamless viewing experience.**Skill in*** Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Pay strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.* Adapt to changing conditions during shoots.* Solve problems with quick thinking to address unexpected challenges on set.* Manage time and organize workflow and projects.* Craft compelling stories through moving images with narrative intuition.* Apply a creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics (composition, pacing, and rhythm) to engage audiences.* Work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.* Understand a creative brief and key information under the guidance of a creative director, contribute ideas based on client objectives, and follow through on client objectives and requirements with a high level of client service.* Operate standard office equipment and using required software applications.* Operate equipment (settings, angles, framing), lighting techniques and setups, and sound recording to capture high-quality audio using microphones and recorders.* Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency.**Ability to*** Proven experience in video production and graphic design.* Creating and editing engaging video content on multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop video scripts aligned with our digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines.* Handling video production tasks on site and remote, including setting up lighting, audio mixing, and sound enhancements.* Producing creative work within an established organizational style and attention to detail.* Ensuring proper tagging, description, classification, and captioning of all video content.* Optimizing videos for SEO to drive traffic.* Tracking relevant analytics data to gauge the performance of each video or video series.* Conceptualizing and executing narratives through moving images, frame shots artistically, considering balance, rule of thirds, and visual impact.* Applying creativity and imagination to graphics projects, demonstrating an ability to follow nuanced creative direction.* Developing creative solutions to visual problems.* Building relationships within and across the marketing team and other workgroups.* Quickly determining priorities in a self-directed work environment so creative and operational responsibilities are met.* Clearly demonstrating a client-first focus in line with the Raymond James culture.**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements****Education/Previous Experience*** Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Video Production, Graphic Design or related discipline and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the design field.* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video and graphic design projects.* OR* Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.**Licenses/Certifications*** None**Job:** Investment Management**Primary Location:** US-FL-St. Petersburg-Saint Petersburg**Organization** Raymond James Investment Management**Schedule** Full-time**Job Shift** Day Job**Travel** Yes, 5 % of the Time**Req ID:** 2402510
