The RL Digital Content Accounting team oversees financial accounting for media and experiences created for our products and services, such as virtual reality games, videos, and immersive content. You are an independent thinker who embraces complexity and drives scalable solutions.**Required Skills:**Reality Labs Digital Content, Accounting Manager Responsibilities:1. Serve as primary accounting contact for first party studios, requires upstream collaboration will business partners to ensure appropriate accounting processes are enabled.2. Go to market lead for accounting, ensuring we support the business with internal roadmap and business goals.3. Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Business Development teams to understand business models, and accurately account for digital products.4. Establish and maintain an accurate, timely and scalable month-end close process for digital content.5. Review revenue contracts to ensure compliance with GAAP (ASC 606) and internal policies.6. Drive process improvements by proactively identifying opportunities and partnering with cross functional process owners including Engineering to build and implement solutions for business growth and scalability.7. Assist in systems testing for any new product launches and other business initiatives.8. Partner closely with internal and external auditors on satisfactory completion of all audit requests, including SOX compliance.9. Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting packages to management.10. Other ad-hoc projects.**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:11. BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.12. 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance.13. Proficient with ASC 606 and providing accounting guidance.14. Understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as financial reporting and analysis.15. Must possess an effective understanding of the Digital Content industry (gaming, entertainment and other software products).16. Highly collaborative temperament, proven communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.17. Experience in optimizing or redesigning existing processes resulting from business needs.**Preferred Qualifications:**Preferred Qualifications:18. 5+ years finance and accounting experience in Digital Content space.19. MBA/CPA preferred.20.
