**Job Family** **:**Management Consulting**Travel Required** **:**None**Clearance Required** **:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do** **:**+ Exercise a deep background in federal agency website content management to oversee design and delivery of all planning materials and documentation that support the client’s continued migration into a new website and CMS+ Draw on a deep background in federal agency program management office (PMO) work to support the planning and oversight of implementation work, and the advisory of senior clients+ Drive internal and external vendor processes for defining, preparing, and moving content and other unstructured data into new data stores to support the client’s complete data modernization+ Manage team and collaborate with external vendors to determine and apply content management best practices to client website pages and other assets to support modernization efforts+ Work closely with implementation vendor and lead our team to perform content validations, formatting and substance verification during migration, QA work relevant to the website and CMS, and generally support all content migration efforts+ Directly contribute to and lead a cross functional team in finalizing presentation materials under quick turnarounds that brief client leadership, build consensus across the agency, etc.+ Autonomously lead website-centric workstream and manage implementation vendor delivery efforts core to the modernization of the client’s website+ Own complete discovery process for new client business requirements and work directly with implementation vendor to prioritize then translate those business requirements into functional and technical specifications+ Revise metadata standards for website content to ensure consistency and completeness for client site descriptors+ Directly support product decision making by defining and applying a customer engagement strategy for new client data products+ Interface with client leadership and lead meetings with stakeholders and support their website-centric needs to realize key goals of the digital transformation+ Exercises a background in webpage, publishing, and communications compliance for federal agencies+ Work hand-in-hand with and provide complete support for client IT resources to execute content management best practices+ Work within cross-functional program teams to identify appropriate business solutions to client challenges+ Collaborate with the rest of the PMO team to understand evolving agency modernization needs and develop possible solutions+ Independently isolate problems and define solutions in a dynamic and extremely fast paced client support environment+ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ability to guide a team under this delivery model+ Strong communication skills: ability to be well-organized, clear and concise in conversations and written communications+ Experience in delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing priorities+ Assist business development activities, such as proposals, capture, whitepapers, and/or other thought leadership materials+ Assist in the development and mentorship of your team, and advance their own understanding of data governance+ Generate clear, actionable documentation that enables self-guided execution+ Maintain good working relationships with client stakeholders and staff to facilitate engagement services.**What You Will Need** **:**+ Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills+ Strong customer focus with the ability to work with technical teams and business users+ U.S. citizenship is required+ Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance+ Bachelor’s degree+ Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience**What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**+ Apply learnings from relevant professional certifications+ Ability to work independently or as a member of a project team+ Ability to work overtime required on occasion+ Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally**What We Offer** **:**Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.Benefits include:+ Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance+ Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays+ Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus+ Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance+ 401(k) Retirement Plan+ Basic Life & Supplemental Life+ Health Savings Account, Dental/Vision & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts+ Short-Term & Long-Term Disability+ Student Loan PayDown+ Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Learning Opportunities+ Skills Development & Certifications+ Employee Referral Program+ Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach+ Emergency Back-Up Childcare Program+ Mobility Stipend**About Guidehouse**Guidehouse is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
