Apple is seeking a dynamic, process oriented individual to manage the operations of the Apple Vision Pro Spatial Design Lab. The Spatial Design Lab team helps Apple customers ideate, design and build innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro, accelerating solution delivery and improving the business impact of the platform.**Description**We are looking for a great organizer and team player to work across multiple teams internally and externally, facilitating a best in class customer experience. This role lives in ambiguity and context shifting - requiring a tenacious problem solver, who like challenges and most importantly offering creative solutions to deliver consistently excellent outcomes. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Engage with internal account teams and their customers to align on their spatial computing use case ambitions and project sponsorship. - Work with innovation leaders at top customers globally to plan their spatial design lab engagement - understanding their business needs through deep curiosity and thoughtful discussion. - Align project team needs with desired customer outcomes and align internal resources by engagement as needed. - Connect with customers on status updates and brief internal design lab team to create follow-up plans and next steps to progress or clear blockers. - Manage the post-engagement process - gathering customer feedback and business outcomes, maintaining ongoing availability to help sort any implementation challenges. - Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Spatial Design Lab business, including staffing, scheduling and logistics. - Lead by example with a customer-first mentality. - Exhibit excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills - Ensure adherence to repeatable, high quality processes and deliverables. - Build and foster relationships, demonstrating an ability to influence teams to deliver successful projects.**Minimum Qualifications**+ - 8+ years of experience in program management and project coordination in support of a sales, business development or marketing function.+ - Highly organized and able to work independently to drive initiatives forward.+ - Experience working in ambiguity, building thoughtful strategies and approaches.+ - Strong written and verbal communication skills+ - Solid presenter, storyteller — crafting and delivering narratives to drive understanding or support of key programs or initiatives.+ - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience**Key Qualifications****Preferred Qualifications**+ - Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, with strong excel skills.+ - Consistent track record of prioritizing workload, handling multiple assignments simultaneously, and meeting deliverables under tight deadlines.+ - Experience managing multiple calendars across various timezones; Ability to anticipate needs and changes, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions with independent and sound judgment.+ - Proven ability to work with sales teams to identify new opportunities and properly delineate expectation on existing opportunities.+ - A basic understanding of software development lifecycle.+ - Strong relationship building skills along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and partner cross-functionally.+ - Passionate and self-motivated, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through.**Education & Experience****Additional Requirements****Pay & Benefits**+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
