Services’ innovative solutions help clients streamline and automate processes, mitigate risk, and expand their reach across Citi’s unparalleled global network.Our team develops, delivers, and promotes key TTS Services capabilities and themes with insight driven messaging, brand awareness, content/thought leadership, proprietary events and industry conferences, social and digital campaigns to help clients grow their businesses. To support these initiatives, we are looking for a dynamic individual to help us deliver a comprehensive communications and outreach strategy.Key partners: cluster and local Sales teams, cluster Product team, Marketing partners from global, clusters and local teams, cluster and local Compliance and Legal teams, global and cluster Event Management (GEM) teams, External Creative and Production Agencies, Internal Graphics and Digital teams NY, Event Sponsors, and Industry Associations.Responsibilities:Help develop and drive TTS Services client communications, social media, and other activities that build and strengthen client relationships, while solidifying Citi’s position as the innovative and trusted financial partner.+ Support internal and external communications development and execution+ Prepare internal and external communications such as product launch announcements, awards and event promotion, and social media posts+ Develop self-service marketing templates for internal teams+ Support with translating and developing global communications+ Manage Services social media intake and calendar+ Project Management+ Coordinate internal approvals and work with cross-functional teams to deliver messaging+ Monitor and report KPIs+ Understand and support with reporting related to risks and controls+ Partner with internal departments and external agencies in different countries to execute projects+ Support with administrative tasks, such as processing invoice payments and vendor relations+ Manage all mandatory and required marketing related tasks, such as legal and compliance reviews/approvals, record retention, budgeting, invoicing, spend optimization processes, etc+ Partner with the product owners, channels and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution of all key campaigns and communications, with strong focus on controls.+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:+ 4-8 years of marketing and or product marketing+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business management, marketing, or another related field; experience in the financial industry a plus.+ Knowledge of communications or marketing and minimum of 4 years of increased responsibility, preferably with a large and complex organization.+ Subject matter expertise with social media and KPIs reporting; external communications a plus.+ Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including multipurpose writing, tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence across all levels.+ Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude.+ A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work.+ Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills.+ Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.+ Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.+ Knowledge of Liquidity Management, Payments, Trade Products and banking channels+ Ability to create dashboards for marketing, campaigns, social marketing+ Social Media Experience.+ Experience with CRM systems, email marketing applications, and webcase platforms.Education:+ Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience**Job Family Group:**Marketing**Job Family:**In-Business Marketing**Time Type:**Full time**Primary Location:**New York New York United States**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$98,960.00 - $148,440.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
