**Overview**Responsible for leading the day-to-day development and execution of communications to support TJC’s President & CEO. Creates materials to support prolific thought leader with global recognition within the field. Drive and define the thought leadership communication platform for the President & CEO to amplify his voice within health care and tell TJC’s story globally.**Responsibilities**+ Serve as primary communications liaison for the CEO andlead day-to-day development and execution of executive communications to support the CEO’s speaking engagements and interactionsto reach and engage key stakeholders including business partners, customers, employees, local communities, media and other influencers, policy makers, and regulatory authorities domestically and internationally.+ Create compelling CEO deliverables across all channels based on sophisticated knowledge of the healthcare field, industry disrupters, market trends and policy landscape, tailoring general messages to specific circumstances.+ Create visually appealing narratives leveraging strong PowerPoint skills and the creative resources on the Brand Communications team.+ Manage end-to-end CEO-related messages including internal events and recognition programs, social media, op-eds, bylines, technical manuscripts, speeches, correspondence, video scripts, and website content that align with the overall TJC communications strategy.+ Oversee the creation and execution of a robust CEO content strategy for earned media opportunities and social media channels in partnership with traditional and social media teams,+ Work collaboratively with Enterprise-wide and business unit leadership and peers to identify high impact communications opportunities to enhance CEO image and reputation.**Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree in English, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Policy, Journalism or related field required. Prefer an advanced degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Policy, Publications or related field.+ 10+ years communications experience including:+ Experience developing and writing CEO-level speeches, presentations, scripts, talking points and other support materials quickly learning the CEO’s voice.+ Significant editorial and deep writing experience and/or prior work as a reporter/journalist.+ Highly skilled in PowerPoint.+ Deep experience with storytelling and message development and well-versed in leveraging traditional and social media channels.+ 5+ years of sophisticated knowledge of healthcare and nuances of importance to various healthcare audiences based on a medical or policy background.+ Ability to write and work quickly, demonstrate initiative and proactivity, and be well-prepared with materials to support a busy executive with a complex travel schedule.+ Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing narrative based on internal priorities and external conditions and events.+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and oversee several projects simultaneously.+ Proven track record of serving as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders in a corporate or healthcare setting.
