This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Santa Rosa Beach, FL office.Keep reading if you :+ Have a sense of humor - we do a lot of laughing here+ Want to be a part of a constantly growing company with a bright future+ Are a self-starter who can set a goal and then go achieve itWe are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist To become a successful COMMANDO, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ goals and challenges and translating these needs into engaging ads. You will do so by building a strong understanding of the uniqueness of our existing clients and leveraging a variety of advertising platforms for awareness and engagement.The successful candidate will:+ Have the ability to create deliverables within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)+ Be tech savvy with knowledge of marketing media+ Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills+ Have a process improvement mindset+ Be humble and have a "get it done" attitude.+ Have strong written and verbal communication skills+ Be able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities :+ Collaborate with and lead client calls from sales to onboarding, and during monthly or quarterly reporting+ Build and manage new accounts on Google, Facebook, Hulu, Spotify, and Spectrum Ads+ Oversee daily ad execution and performance, ensuring creative content and ad spend align with agreed budgets+ Use critical thinking and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for audience and channel expansion+ Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, develop hypotheses, execute tests, and analyze data to optimize paid search and other paid channels+ Stay updated on industry best practices, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvementsQualifications :+ Minimum of 2 years experience building and managing ad campaigns that receive high engagement.+ Minimum of 2 years of agency (or similar) experience managing paid media for 20+ clients.+ Comfortable with routine client-facing communications via video meetings.+ Minimum of 2 years experience successfully managing client ad spending ( preventing both under-spending and over-spending)+ Proficient skill in creating and managing ads on the following platforms:+ Google Ads (experience with Google Partners Program is a plus)+ Facebook Ads & Meta Business Suite+ Hulu Ads+ Spotify Ads+ Spectrum Reach Ads (experience is a plus, but not required)+ Basic understanding of GA4 (experience is a plus)+ Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (experience is a plus)Benefits: (Waiting period may apply)+ Base Salary+ 12 Paid Holidays+ Paid Time Off+ Medical Insurance+ Dental & Vision Insurance+ Company Paid Life InsuranceKeep Job Type: Full-Time+ Criminal background check is required+ US Work Authorization is required#ControlEverything #SURFA #Mediajobs
