We are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Associate to be a part of our team.**Job Summary and Qualifications**The Marketing Associate will coordinate and track execution of integrated marketing efforts for the College as a whole and support the Marketing Manager in execution of marketing needs for the individual campuses, including admissions collateral, promotional materials and events. The Marketing Associate will also be responsible for the development of all organic social media content and assist with Environmental Branding/facilities creative execution.The ideal candidate for this position is driven, takes initiative to keep work moving, has an established ability to identify quality in design and copy, and is guided by a need for excellence in communication. The candidate is well-organized and demonstrates efficient project management skills with a desire to share and bring new ideas to the team.**Position Responsibilities:**1. In conjunction with admissions and operations in each campus, manage development and production of print, collateral and premium needs including: brochures, newsletters, reports, catalogs, guidebooks, admissions materials, and operational print and digital needs as needed and as requested per campus.2. Manage department status, timelines and budgets, keeping necessary team members informed of updates and milestones, while executing in timely manner.3. Coordinate and execute special events, including collaborating with outside vendors and internal cross-functional teams.4. Ensure brand identity policy is communicated and enforced.5. Establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with all campus departments as well as outside agencies and vendors.6. Work with Digital Marketing Manager to develop a social media content calendar and execute all organic social media content.7. Perform other duties and assist as necessary for marketing department success.**Position Requirements:****Education** : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field required.**Special Qualifications:** Three – five years’ experience in marketing related field; excellent project management skills with high level of attention to detail; ability to think and work independently, driving projects through to completion; ability to successfully manage the details of multiple, simultaneously active projects; social media proficiency; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge; ability to work on tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change; creative thinking; team player and great attitude under pressure; desire to learn and grow.**Degree of Supervision** : MinimalBe a part of an organization that invests in you.
