Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for communications and training? We are seeking an experienced CX Communications and Training Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that drive stakeholder engagement and enhance our Customer Centricity mindset.**CX Communications and Training Manager****100% Remote (Must work EST hours)****6 Month Contract w/ possible extension****$65 - $68/hour****Key Responsibilities:****Communications:**+ Develop and implement a strategic communications plan in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.+ Create and manage content that highlights CX value, ensuring it is easily accessible and actionable.+ Lead the execution of internal and external communications, managing key channels such as websites, Teams, and mailboxes.+ Design and oversee the development of communication templates for newsletters, publications, and presentations.+ Continuously seek and implement improvements to communication operations.**Training:**+ Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive CX training curriculum.+ Translate complex compliance and technical subjects into engaging and effective training materials.+ Manage training initiatives, content review, and approval processes.+ Act as a subject matter expert in training content development, directly contributing to key training materials.+ Set up and maintain training platforms, ensuring the availability of user guides and tools.+ Stay updated on best practices in training and development, adopting new formats and approaches.+ Collaborate with global stakeholders involved in training initiatives.+ Monitor and report on training performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.**Basic Qualifications:**+ Experience in communications and/or training roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.+ Proficiency in instructional design, blended and distance learning, and learning technologies.+ Proven experience in managing vendors, developing content, and overseeing communication channels.+ Superior communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills.+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or Business Management.+ Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.+ Familiarity with design thinking and process implementation.If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
