As the manager of the UX Project Management Team within CTX, you will function as an advocate for our internal colleagues within the TXS organization. In large-scale, high visibility projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects with a focus on colleague experience. This role will require exceptional people and project management skills to lead a team, direct cross-functional partners, as well as the ability to identify scope and needs across various disciplines, including UX research, content strategy, developers, engineers, and project owners.You and your team will be responsible for representing the colleague (end user) throughout concept, design and product development stages related to technical experiences. Additionally, you and your team will coordinate all activities for areas within the CTX organization ensuring alignment and collaboration amongst team. Therefore, the right candidate for this position will have a very solid while general UX expertise, understanding of UX research (the ability to bridge project to researcher, for example, and translate insights into actionable project plans), content strategy, and overall UX strategy-building methodologies.As a member of the CTX leadership team, you will also contribute to CTX strategy and roadmap development for the organization, ensuring that the overall direction aligns with colleague needs and business objectives (inside and outside of technology). At times this means managing projects and ensuring progress of your team’s work simultaneously, ensuring we meet the colleagues needs and our own organizational goals.**Job Responsibilities** :+ **Oversee project delivery:** manage large scale, high visibility projects with a focus on colleague experience, ensuring on time and within scope completion.+ **Integrate design thinking practices: lead design thinking sessions and** incorporate user insights where relevant into project plans collaborating closely with UX research, delivery teams to understand and address colleagues needs.+ **Stakeholder and activity coordination:** act as the primary liaison for stakeholders ensuring clear communication and coordination across the CTX organization.+ **Contribute to strategy and road maps:** participate in the CTX leadership team to develop organizational strategies and road maps aligning projects with broader business objectives.+ **Implement agile practices and risk management:** utilize agile methodologies for project management to find KPIs and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuous improvement and project system success.**Qualifications** :+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.+ Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on UX research, design, and strategic projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-visibility projects.+ People Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong people management skills to foster collaboration and high performance.+ UX Expertise: Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices. Ability to translate user insights into actionable project plans.+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.+ Strategic Thinking: Experience in contributing to organizational strategy and roadmap development. Ability to align project goals with broader business objectives.+ Agile Proficiency: Experience with Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.+ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.+ Colleague Advocacy: Commitment to representing the end-user throughout the project lifecycle.
