To deliver on this mission, we are seeking to hire a Product Manager - Promotional Purchase Rate Offers to be part of the U.S. Unsecured Lending organization. With Promotional Purchase Rate Offers, customers are offered a promotional APR on new purchases, to drive increasing engagement with the Citi Credit Card.This product manager will report directly to the Head Of Balance Transfer and Rate Sales and will be responsible for enhancing the value proposition and features for Promotional Purchase Rate Offers in the U.S. across Citi Branded Cards for Existing Customers. This individual will be responsible for key Product Management activities related to Promotional Purchase Rate Offers including the implementation of the product strategy, segmentation, and new features and capabilities. This individual will also track and monitor product performance against targets.Key Responsibilities· Support the implementation of the Promotional Purchase Rate Offers strategy across Citi Branded Cards.· Enhance the value proposition by developing capabilities and solutions in close partnership with all U.S. consumer business product/portfolio teams.· Optimize returns and define the optimal approach to promotional balances.· Analyze new opportunities within Citi portfolios as well as with existing partners to further promote and optimize our offers through the lending continuum..· Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Analytics teams to implement segmentation, pricing and response models that optimize response & profitability· Drive cross-functional teams to execute on agreed priorities within established operating plans and timelines· Partner with Risk Management to implement tests aligned with risk appetite framework· Analyze product financial performance; make recommendations to improve profitability and returns.· Enhance the overall control environment and ensure appropriate governance of promotional purchase rate offers.Qualifications· 5+ years in unsecured lending, product development, product management, or similar role· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights.· Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships with broad set of stakeholders across the franchise in order to drive to common goals and outcomes.· Able to embrace innovation and change, and to transform and materially change the business trajectory.· Execution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvement.· Strong communication skills, ability to influence and partner in a matrix and cross-functional organization.· Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to drive change and continuous improvement.· Enthusiasm for exceptional digital products & services, and a customer first focus with an empathetic and genuine understanding of customer needs.· Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications**Job Family Group:**Consumer Sales**Job Family:**Consumer Product Sales**Time Type:**Full time**Primary Location:**New York New York United States**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$142,320.00 - $213,480.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
