**Job Description**We are seeking a Digital/Social Media Marketing Ambassador to join our rapidly growing team to assist the Digital/Social Media coordinator at James Madison University (JMU Dining) by creating a multi-channel strategy to analyze trends and optimize performance. Communicate with customers via social media, email, and website platforms while partnering with the marketing team to drive followers, likes, engagement, and conversations effectively.**Job Responsibilities**? Understand the company?s vision, mission, goals, products, and services to represent the brand?s voice and personality.? Comfortable in a customer-facing role, and confidently interacts with people face to face.? Works with the coordinator on a variety of topics and translates that information into captivating and concrete storytelling.? Utilize analytics to inform decisions on strategy, content, and engagement, while tracking the effectiveness through measurable goals? Support the development and implementation of internal marketing strategies to drive meal plan sales, increase engagement, promote thought leadership, and develop brand awareness? Keep up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.? Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work tasks in a fast-paced environment.? Ability to respond quickly to issues at hand with a resolution while maintaining composure.? Responsible for assisting with JMU Dining?s website and analyzing data/trends from various platforms.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Passion and proficiency with major social media platforms and digital analytics? Previous experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.? Background and interest in the following areas of expertise a plus: marketing, digital content creating, social media, and customer service.? Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools with an eye for design is a plus? Desire to actively engage with guests to promote dining programs and services.? Work well independently and with a team? Self-motivated and strong communicator with managers, customers, and parents.? Must have a team player attitude, be dependable, reliable, and respectable; exemplify leadership qualities and professionalism with excellent customer service skills.? Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity, and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying, or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 25 pounds or more.?
