This is a unique opportunity that will allow the right candidate to interact with both key clients and in-house underwriters with the goal of binding new business, while providing excellent customer service. The location of this position is open to any of our offices in the NY Metropolitan area, including Rhode Island. Candidate must be able to work in a HUB office.**Responsibilities:**+ Maintain existing broker relationships and cultivate new ones to foster productive business partnerships+ Work closely with retail agents and brokers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend the right solutions+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently assessing client needs+ Develop and understand plans and objectives to achieve sales goals and generate new business+ Demonstrate effective account assessment, strategic planning, and forecasting while utilizing department resources+ Collaborate with sales, underwriting and servicing teams to fulfill client needs and ensure long term relationships**Requirements:**+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and high level of motivation+ Ability to prioritize tasks while possessing superior organizational and time management skills+ Must be able to work within a sales-oriented team environment, while also showing initiative and willingness to take on challenges+ Strong computer skills+ 1-2 years of sales experienceThe expected pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
