**About this role:**Wells Fargo is seeking a Communication Consultant for the Lockbox Operations team as part of Global Operations Shared Services organization within the Chief Operating Office (COO). Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.**In this role, you will:**+ Act as the central communications point of contact and lead employee recognition efforts for Lockbox Operations consisting of1300 employees across 8 domestic and 3 global locations+ Collaborate across Payment Operations and Shared Services Operations functions, with accountability that includes connecting with internal partners and key stakeholders, enhancing employee engagement, develop communications model and alignment to help build corporate reputation+ Act as the communication partner for a global operations team to ensure alignment with the communications model and strategy, quality and effectiveness of communications, adherence and documentation of approvals, and the appropriate use of communication channels+ Design PowerPoint presentations and deliver key information, data, and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide clear, visually appealing content and engage messaging with facts+ Advise senior managers on communications strategy to propel business priorities and employee engagement, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives+ Consult with the Operations Leads and collaborate with Business partners to identify, manage, and deliver content across the organization+ Drive end-to-end communication campaigns and tailor communication approach across various audiences including internal team, senior leaders, internal partners, and stakeholders+ Develop and drive employee engagement and recognition campaigns+ Manage and control the use of shared communication mailboxes and Teamworks portals (SharePoint Online)+ Support large team meetings including invitations, materials, leader talking points, and facilitation+ Prioritize and manage deliverables to meet service level agreements+ Perform assessments through research/fact finding and review/analysis of data+ Apply creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations+ Direct user groups to appropriate self-service solutions, provide training, and resolve questions**Required Qualifications:**+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education**Desired Qualifications:**+ 4+ years of communications experience including SharePoint Online, Outlook shared mailbox administration, and Jira Service Desk+ Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards+ Ability to engage audiences and communicate with clarity and confidence+ Consult with all levels in the organization, credibly challenge, provide effective problem-solving, influence, be an innovative thinker, and a capable decision maker+ Strong executive presence with the ability to collaborate, develop and present senior management communications+ Experience exercising tact and good judgment dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information+ Experience hosting/facilitating in person and virtual presentations/meetings that result in consensus and commitment+ Experience handling a wide range of tasks though being exceedingly well organized and flexible+ Ability to anticipate the needs of the team as well as proactively and independently solve problems+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, resourcefulness, and adaptability are important+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and complex environment+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills**Job Expectations:**+ Ability to work on-site at one of the work locations**Location:**+ 1525 W.
