As a Manager of Global Brand Marketing, you will support the All Suites Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and activities that drive brand health and commercial performance for Hilton’s Suites brands\. With focus on social media and digital channels\.+ Manage complex projects to support brand marketing objectives\.+ Manage the implementation of brand positioning and identity across the marketing ecosystem, including through on\-property collateral and touchpoints\.+ Manage activities of agencies\-of\-record to ensure on\-strategy execution of deliverables, including crafting clear strategic and tactical briefs and facilitating creative reviews\.+ Help identify core research, analytics, and metrics to inform consumer trends, drive efficiency of marketing executions, and develop engaging creative\.**How you will collaborate with others:**+ Lead cross\-functional teams across the Brand and Marketing & Loyalty organizations to advocate for brand goals+ Collaborate, compile and present marketing recommendations with inspiring visuals, copy, and touches that are relevant for each audience\.+ Participate in category\- and department\-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts\.**What projects you will take ownership of:**+ Lead the production, organization, and rollout of the new LivSmart Studios marketing collateral with the collaboration of our internal creative studio, brand team, and first few hotels\.+ Aid in the development of our 2025 marketing tentpoles across all four Suites brands\.+ Manage the photography assets, guidelines, and vendor relationships for the Suites brands\.**WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT****You have these minimum qualifications:**+ Five \(5\) years experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or related field+ Experience managing complex projects+ Experience working across multiple brands within a portfolio simultaneously+ Travel up to 20%+ Hybrid work schedule \(3 days per week\) in McLean, VA office**It would be useful if you have:**+ Marketing experience in the hospitality or consumer goods industry+ Knowledge of franchise organizations or experience working within a franchise organization+ Experience building marketing campaigns in digital and social channels+ Experience leading the development of strategic briefs to support business and marketing objectives**WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON**Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \(https://jobs\.hilton\.com/us/en/brands\) \.
