Location: Flexible / OpenThe Enterprise Performance Marketing Leader serves as a trusted marketing advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders, with a focus on business outcomes. Overseeing a team of marketing professionals, you'll provide strategy and planning for integrated marketing plans and execute campaigns and events that support Deloitte's Enterprise Performance business. This role has indirect responsibility for extended team members including marketing practitioners who collaborate with the alliance partners, internal business stakeholders, and external vendors.Recruiting ends for this role on 9/30/2024.Key responsibilities include:+ Leading, building and managing a team of strategic marketers to align marketing and communications programs to business priorities in support of driving awareness and progressing pipeline - including advising on marketing around key relationships with alliance partners such as SAP, Oracle and ServiceNow+ Developing the overarching marketing strategy for the business, and serving as the strategic marketing advisor for executive leadership; reporting out regularly on marketing ROI and impact on the business+ Establishing executive relationships - including with sales - and bringing new creative ideas to help advance business priorities against defined goals+ Managing the overall portfolio of campaigns and activity to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources; aligning closely with execution teams to manage bandwidth+ Planning and managing the overall marketing calendar and budget for the portfolio, including major campaigns, product / offering launches, major events and core marketing maintenance activities+ Coordinating across the marketing leadership team to integrate messaging and strategies, as applicable, to tell a cohesive story to the market around priority areas+ Working strategically alongside communications leadership around internal marketing campaigns and earned media strategies and coverage+ Setting KPIs and measuring the success of campaign activity, driving agility in content and channels to inform future campaign strategies and tacticsQualifications include:+ 15+ years of relevant corporate B2B marketing experience+ Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field+ Strong understanding of Cross-Enterprise operations, Finance, Supply Chain, ERP, IT operations and GenAI - including experience marketing in B2B contexts around large alliance partner relationships+ Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results; experience working in agile a plus+ An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically+ Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects / priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times+ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills+ Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and /or professional services a plus+ Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high-level of comfort with ambiguity+ Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness+ Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermedia to advanced skills in PowerPoint a plus)+ Ability to travel up to 25%, on averageMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: eloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.htmlThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
