The Brain Modulation business is going through an exciting time of rapid innovation and revenue growth. We are hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist to support critical initiatives in our growing business. You will be joining a team of high-performing marketers to accelerate our growth and bring our innovations to more patients who could benefit from DBS therapy. If you are seeking a career that is challenging, energizing, and rewarding, we hope you will consider joining us!The **Marketing Communications Specialist- Deep Brain Stimulation** will support the development, project management, implementation and maintenance of marketing communication programs and materials for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapy. An ideal candidate will effectively work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented individuals who can ensure assets are accurate and consistent with our brand standards and core-messaging, is a must. Excellent candidates will be proactive and execution minded individuals with strong project management background.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**Marketing Material Development & Project Management**+ Work closely with marketing managers, vendors and other support groups to project manage the development of marketing materials from content development and reviews, creative design, MedReview approvals and distribution.+ Provide support with editorial/copy editing, formatting and reference checks for material development. Ensure all content is in alignment to brand standards and ensure consistent look and feel of materials.+ Serve as the primary point of contact with the Growth Marketing Team. Manage the Workfront process to communicate project and material needs with the Growth Marketing and support teams.+ Own the process for marketing material approval through our MedReview system, including preparation of final material and supporting documentation for submission, communicating required edits with the content owner, and ensuring issues and needs are addressed for timely completion of approvals.**Website & Digital Marketing Management**+ Collaborate w/ marketing team Monitor to ensure web content accuracy and functionality. Work with digital team as needed to resolve issues.**Marketing Material Management**+ Monitor expiring marketing materials and work directly with marketing content owner to ensure materials are updated and approved for use. Support distribution of materials through various content management platforms+ Monitor print inventory for marketing materials and work directly with marketing content owner to ensure needed materials are in stock**Field Support**+ Address and follow up with field materials requests, such as copyright requests and where to find marketing materials+ Manage the organization and updates of marketing materials on Sales portals to ensure field access to materials (Sales Portal, CustomPoint, Allego transition)+ Work with marketing partners to draft field communications as needed**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**+ Bachelor's Degree+ 2 years of relevant work experience or advanced degree with 0 years of experience**Nice to Have**+ Experience in medical device or healthcare marketing+ Proven work experience in marketing communication roles with experience in copywriting and project management+ Excellent planning, project management and analytical skills+ Problem-solving mindset with ability to develop processes and efficiencies**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$64,800.00 - $97,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
