**Summary:**Sanzaru Games is looking for talented Level Designers. Level Designers are responsible for the creation of exciting and evocative gameplay experiences—from concept and prototyping, observed playtesting and iteration, all the way to final implementation.Level Designers work closely with all disciplines to help ensure game levels have fun scenarios, are well-composed and navigable, and are well integrated into the game’s overarching narrative and vision. We are interested in all levels of experience. Designers with the passion and talent for creating engaging and memorable game worlds are encouraged to apply.**Required Skills:**Level Designer - Sanzaru Responsibilities:1. Design and establish a detailed level plan from paper to 3D block out and final art implementation2. Work closely with design leadership to ensure levels hit important narrative and game mechanics3. Level scripting and setup using script-based languages like UE4 blueprint4. Collaborate with Environment Artists to create a level’s feel and overall composition5. Manage all design-related assets and data associated with each assigned level6. Help establish level design pipelines and help the team adhere to best practices7. Develop a thorough understanding of hardware limitations and how to design around them8. Work with systems designers and engineers on global game systems needed to support levels9. Gather and act on game test feedback with the aim of creating the best experience for all players**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:10. 2+ years of games industry experience11. Identifies design issues for level design and flow12. Intermediate knowledge of Maya or another 3D modeling program13. Experienced multi-tasking and can adapt easily to change14.
