**Summary:**The mission of Marketing Insights is to understand people’s lives, experiences, behaviors, attitudes and needs to help Meta communicate brand/product value across the family of apps. Our researchers go beyond service delivery, acting as full-stack partners to help identify and actualize the marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful products and experiences. We're seeking a Marketing Insights Researcher to join the LATAM International Marketing Insights team. This person will partner with stakeholders across business, consumer, and creator marketing. They will be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering high impact research (both quantitative and qualitative) and translating the strategic insights from this work into clear, actionable implications. Proactivity, energy, flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages are a must. This role requires thinking on your feet to problem solve so that we are able to execute research quickly and efficiently to inform inbound and outbound work that equips stakeholders and identifies new opportunities. International Marketing works across audiences (consumer, business, and creators), products, and markets to deliver global impact leveraging the local delta. Therefore it’s vital that this researcher feels comfortable managing ambiguity, context switching, and rapidly coming up to speed with new areas and stakeholders. While the bulk of the work is LATAM focused, this researcher should be thinking across regions to help inform and unpack global strategies. An understanding of global-local models and the ability to balance cultural nuance and global positioning will be key.**Required Skills:**Marketing Insights Researcher - International Marketing (LATAM) Responsibilities:1. Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plan2. Identify and flesh out data-backed business cases for new opportunities by leveraging a deep understanding of internal/external data sources and building east-west collaboration networks3. Design and execute research including foundational “understand” work with key audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing4. Juggle competing priorities and interrogate research requests to ensure we are answering the right questions5. Employ multiple research methods if needed in order to answer the objectives6. craft questionnaires and discussion guides7. Identify the right respondent recruitment , tradeoffs on selecting countries for fieldwork8. Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization9. Work closely with cross functional teams from end to end (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) - both for crafting research inputs (key questions, messages, creatives) but also to embed eventual insights with10. Willing to travel (~15%) and work flexible hours if/when required**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:11. 8+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research. Some LATAM regional experience is a must12. Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology.13. Experience synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations.14. Effective communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, executive level syntheses to influence business decisions and strategies.15.
