This is a role for a person who lives and breathes social and has helped major brands transform their approach through breakthrough content across platforms. Someone who is curious and takes the time to educate themselves on the latest creative techniques and formats. Who can break down the latest celeb beef. Explain the backstory of every meme. And might even be a content creator themselves.Your portfolio reads like an epic FYP. You’ve helped clients become famous in the feed. You can chat it up with CMOs like it’s NBD.**Job Description**+ Lead teams’ conceptual and strategic thinking across multiple platforms.+ Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your teams’ ideas.+ Build relationships with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech.+ Appreciate and advocate for craft across capabilities, including production and tech.+ Build trust with clients, understanding their business to find opportunities.+ Recruit and retain creative talent, building a team with a breadth and depth of relevant skills.+ Work with HR and Creative Operations to manage direct reports’ daily workload and career development.+ Challenge yourself creatively, staying up-to-date with the industry and culture at large.+ Help drive our creative culture both inside and outside ofthe agency.**Qualifications**+ Four-year degree and at least 8 years of experience in social media marketing, or other related field.+ You have managed teams of creatives with hybrid expertise from art directors, copywriters, editors to makers and creators.+ You have vast experience working with creators and influencers.+ You have a clear POV on what makes for standout creative in the social feed that you could confidently share with Fortune 500 CMOs+ You collaborate well with others and enjoy nurturing social creative talent+ You have a social-centric portfolio that includes award-winning work.+ You have proven passion for Gen Z passion points including music, gaming, and/or sports**Additional Information**Compensation Range: $153000 - $240500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
