**Overview**As the Marketing Analytics Manager at ABM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies through analytical insights and data-driven decisions. Your expertise in campaign analytics, data science, and technical tools will enable us to optimize our marketing efforts and enhance customer understanding. You will dissect campaign performance, quantify impact on revenue, and help guide the optimization of our marketing spend. Your role involves a blend of technical acumen, creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication. You will leverage data visualization tools, statistical programming languages, and communication skills to not only uncover actionable insights, but also put them into action by working with the broader organization.**Key Responsibilities:**Reporting & Insights+ Develop and implement advanced models to analyze diverse data sources, including customer behavior & campaign performance, with a focus on understanding revenue drivers and optimizing marketing spend.+ Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and business decisions.+ Create and maintain reports that provide actionable insights & highlight KPIs. Generate cyclical snapshot reports relevant to marketing performance and present to leadership.Campaign Analysis & Optimization+ Lead the analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Assess performance by revenue, ROI, etc. & make data-backed optimization recommendations.+ Collaborate with automation & strategy teams to design A/B tests & execute experiments. Use results to refine marketing tactics & strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.+ Provide recommendations on campaign targeting, segmentation, personalization strategies, & budget allocation based on data-driven insights.Data Management & Governance+ Ensure accuracy & integrity of marketing data through effective data management practices and rigorous testing/QA processes (partnering with Automation team).+ Develop & enforce policies for data handling, privacy, & security in compliance with industry standards & regulations, including regular audits & validations to maintain data quality.+ Collaborate with IT & data engineering teams to improve data collection, storage, & retrieval processes via non-Marketing owned technologies.Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication+ Share and collaborate on technical developments and best practices with other organizations, including but not limited to Sales and IT.+ Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.+ Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices and share with both Marketing and external orgs.**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field+ 5+ years of hands-onexperience in analytics, data science, or a related analytical role+ 2+ years' experience with digital marketing analytics, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing+ Experience managing an analytics team a plus+ Expert in database querying languages (SQL and its variations – SQLite, MySQL, etc.)+ Expert in data visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred – others such as Tableau, Qlik, DataStudio, etc. will be considered)+ Proficient in statistical programming languages (R preferred, Python considered); familiar with popular data analysis and machine learning packages such as dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, caret, etc.+ Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead projects to successful completion**Benefit Information:**ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
