Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist for a permanent, direct hire opportunity in the Lexington, KY area. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will work with the Marketing Manager to drive demand, enable sales, and measure the impact of the team's marketing efforts. They will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives as well as demand generation campaigns as a part of the product go- to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving demand, generating leads, and ultimately securing bookings by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. They will track, measure, report, and adjust campaigns based on the outcomes of marketing initiatives, including Google Analytics, lead generation, and conversions. By analyzing performance metrics, they will adjust strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates. This role involves partnering with the Product Manager/Specialist and Marketing Manager to drive the execution of new product launch readiness, ensuring all deliverables and initiatives are in place to drive market adoption, growth, and bookings. The candidate will create and maintain all visible campaign metrics in Salesforce and Google Analytics, assist with the creation, communication, and measurement of campaigns across the market to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals. Additionally, they will research, write, and edit various forms of content, including photography, video, and copywriting for digital media, to be included on all marketing channels. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will clearly communicate and uphold brand identity, positioning, and messaging with all deliverables and assets. They will transform complex technical information into captivating, engaging, and effective content that is easy to digest, and carry forward strategic plans and product positioning to all applicable media and channels to generate demand and enable sales.
