The PBX operator monitors the Hospital alarms and must be aware of the policy and procedures of all hospital emergency codes. Ability to communicate with population served.QualificationsEducation and Work Experience+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires).+ Previous PBX experience preferred.+ Previous experience in office or receptionist.+ Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.+ Customer Services experience preferred.Montclair Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $17.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.Connect With Us!
