About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the execution of our vision for AI innovation, driving awareness and revenue growth for Genesys AI.The Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI will be responsible for articulating the value and positioning of Genesys AI to customers, prospects, partners, sales teams, analysts, and other key internal and external stakeholders. A core responsibility will be working cross-functionally on strategic initiatives including new logo and expansion sales motions, managing project milestones and influencing teams to improve impact and scale.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product marketing within enterprise SaaS companies and a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific segments, verticals, and revenue opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, spanning audience definition, core value proposition development, and sustained execution post-launch.Lead data-driven investigations to unearth insights and revenue opportunities across marketing and sales funnels.Partner with campaign marketing to devise full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand generation.Demonstrate strong project management and collaboration skills to enhance overall success.Develop sales enablement tools, including first-call decks, solutions briefs, white papers, videos, blogs, and webinars.Drive customer immersion initiatives to gather voice-of-customer insights through market research, customer advisory boards, and close collaboration with sales and customer success teams.Deliver compelling presentations at internal leadership meetings, analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, and trade shows.Lead reporting on key success metrics during monthly business reviews and facilitate rigorous marketing planning.QUALIFICATIONS:4+ years enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably in a multi-product environment.Domain expertise in B2B growth marketing initiatives and full funnel activations.Mastery of foundational PMM skills – messaging/positioning, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, sales enablement, content creation, market research.Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize high impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects moving forward.Excellent people and project leadership skills and proven track record launching new products and features.Track record of successfully leading, influencing, and collaborating with product management, sales, sales ops and marketing.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Poised under pressure and a sense of humor.Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
