In this role, you will help conceptualize and create unique products for the best golf brand in the world.In this creative role, you will participate in producing detailed product graphics, logos, and branding that support the various creative briefs. You will manage a team of Graphic Designers. A strong knowledge of design along with the ability to direct, guide, plan, and communicate effectively is required. You will work to explore design innovations while following yearly color and forecast trends.Essential Functions And Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create unique logos and branding guidelines.Design product graphics across all product categories: hard goods, soft goods, and accessories.Design graphic concepts for ball packaging.Develop concepts for golf ball visual projects.Provide direction and guidance to Graphic Designers on an ongoing basis, including performance management, recruitment, and training as needed.Ideate and research creative concepts for numerous Ecommerce accessories projects.Concept promotional or marketing use products.Utilize processes for Product Graphic Design, including file setup and timeline management.Understanding of material and fabric execution for soft goods is a plus.Work with the hard goods and accessories team to produce production-ready tech packs and merchandise boards.Perform other responsibilities as assigned.Knowledge And Skills RequirementsStrong technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat with the ability to enhance and grow in all industry-standard design software applications.Reliable communicator with peers and co-workers, and Design/Marketing management. Ability to present concepts and ideas to peers in a team setting.Understanding of material execution including fabrics and textures.Good sense of color, visual layout, and typography.Strong illustrative skills, able to concept compelling graphics.Collaborative designer, receptive to constructive feedback to hone skills and improve brand design.Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multi-tasking global working environment.Balanced attitude and work ethic to help support team cohesion and group work dynamics.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to meet all deadlines without fail.Ability to produce detailed tech packs for all categories.Passion and knowledge of the sport of golf preferred, but not required.Knowledge of Keyshot rendering program a plus.Education, Work Experience, And Professional CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field.7+ years’ experience in Graphic Design or a Design-related field.2+ years’ supervisory/management experience.Experience with Apple products and OS.Work Environment / Physical RequirementsPrimarily office environment, consistent computer use.Great work/life balance and team atmosphere.Ability to work extended hours as necessary.Light physical effort equal to lifting or moving lightweight materials.TaylorMade is a performance-driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000.
