Developing standard data queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Configuring out-of-box esri data management tools such as Attribute Assistant or Attribute Rules to streamline and validate data input.+ Performing standard and advanced geospatial analysis, cartographic design, and data visualization using ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, Insights, etc. Experience performing network tracing, overland flow, asset management, etc.+ Managing cadastral data-sets; professional Land Surveying in AutoCAD; and GIS experience editing and cartographically communicating enterprise GIS data using esri desktop products (i.e., ArcMap and / or ArcGIS Pro)+ Reviewing surveys, engineering plans, and land records and transferring information into GIS using standard coordinate geometry (COGO) tools in esri desktop products.+ Configuring and sustaining desktop and mobile web GIS applications hosted in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. Specific GIS applications include Collector, Geocortex, Survey123, Field Maps, Web App Builder, etc. Experience using Arcade and HTML to extent the front-end usability of GIS data in web and native clients.+ Creating ModelBuilder and Python tools to automate routine GIS processing tasks.+ Two or more years of progressive professional experience in managing small to medium-sized geospatial projects and tasks including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and analysis, scope development, iterative development, and delivery, change management, training delivery, acceptance and closing, and operational sustainment.+ Working knowledge of public works-related workflows (e.g., stormwater, wastewater, urban forestry, and solid waste) and experience integrating GIS with existing operational enterprise IT systems (e.g., work order management, project management, customer billing, etc.).PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to input, access, and retrieve information from a computer and smart device. Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds. Ability to physically navigate rough and slippery terrain found at typical construction/project sites for visual inspection.
