As we expand our team, we're looking for a tenacious Senior Partner Manager for our Alcohol Sales Team with experience in growing nascent businesses and building processes amidst rapid growth.**What You'll Do**As a Senior Partner Manager, you'll oversee key business portfolios with our brand partnerships in the Alcohol categories. Your strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be instrumental in driving revenue and reinforcing brand connections to our customers through tailored retail media solutions. You'll navigate the complexities of the alcohol vertical and drive growth in a high-potential area of the business. In this role, you'll:+ Forge and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.+ Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.+ Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to ensure client success.+ Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will assist clients in meeting their marketing objectives.+ Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.+ Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.+ Travel as required to meet with brand advertisers and agencies.**Who You Are**You have:+ A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.+ 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience with the ability to generate new SaaS sales.+ Deep programmatic media knowledge.+ Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.+ A proven ability to propose creative technologies across a diverse spectrum of decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.+ A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.+ Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.+ Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.+ A passion for driving business results for companies.**Join Us!**We believe all digital advertising can be targeted and accountable - and we have Walmart's sales data to prove it.
