OverviewThe Sales Acceleration Marketing Manager is crucial in supporting the development and execution of Sales Plays while serving as a key member of Sales Play Center of Excellence. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across marketing and sales operations at Paychex. Primary focus entails developing a developing a Sales Play audience strategy, developing internal collateral, creating outreach strategies, and monitoring Sales Play performance.Responsibilities+ Develop both inbound (digital, ABM) and outbound (sales outreach) tactics along customer journey.+ Analyzes marketing campaign performance and execution while overseeing optimizations and data leveraging to drive decision-making.+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks across plays to meet deadlines.+ Makes strategic decisions based on deep understanding of the market, industry trends, articulating the value prop unique to the sales play.+ Responsible for effectively managing budgets to optimize sales play performance and deliver results.+ Ensures open and transparent communication within the team, with other departments, and senior leadership, fostering a shared understanding of goals and progress.+ Develops comprehensive reporting and insights from inbound campaign performance.+ Works with cross-functional teams to guide effective messaging, assets, and collateral needed to support campaigns.+ Manages consumer insights generation through test and learn, optimizations, and stakeholder input.+ Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners.+ Continuously seek out opportunities to improve Sales Play marketing processes and drive efficiency.+ Performs other duties as assigned by Sales Acceleration Marketing leadership team.Qualifications+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or another relatable field - Preferred+ Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or another relatable field - Preferred+ 7 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales experience.+ 5 years of experience in Campaign management experience identifying the strategies you will use to support business goals, then designing, planning, testing, and monitoring the campaign while analyzing results along the way.+ 1 year of experience in Digital media strategy planning, optimization, and analysis experience.+ 1 year of experience in PEO or HCM industry experience.CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $98,500 - $150,500 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
