Available worldwide, we offer both physical and virtual studios, a line of ever-evolving, patented equipment and live, as well as on-demand streaming workouts via digital membership.Job Location:Pvolve Fort Worth4500 Hartwood Dr suite 110, Fort Worth, TX 76109Job Responsibilities:25-30 hours a week in-studioLogistics and Operational Manager of the studio who will work closely with our Sales Manager and Franchise OwnerCommunicate with Sales Manager about membership pricing and offeringsCommunicatewith Lead Trainer about schedulingImplement member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive member referralsSelf-generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referralsSchedule and participate in local networking and community eventsCoordinate with sales manager to recruit, train, schedule and supervise sales staffEvaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvementPlan and schedule monthly sales staff meetings with the sales managerWork with franchise owner to coordinate with retail vendors to ensure retail product is stocked and merchandised to brand standardsEnforce all policies and proceduresMaintain studio cleanliness and organizationCustomer service and management of membershipsManage inventory and organization of all equipment, cleaning supplies, and marketing materialsWeekly touch bases with the studio owner to discuss upcoming events and corporate initiativesRequirements:2+ years of retail, service, fitness, or project management experienceExperience in running community events and cultivating relationships and partnershipsFluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and emailPassionate about fitness and wellnessHighly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, trustworthy, and punctualProficient with Client Management Software, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite of Products, SlackAbility to partner and manage to drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailPrevious management or supervisory experience required.
