Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Social Media Communications to assist in the development of social media, creative content, and related operations for our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment; has demonstrated experience in using digital and social media tools and analytics, and who consistently generates creative, strategic ideas to advance organizational goals. This role demands a professional who combines strategic planning with tactical execution, offering exceptional judgment and superior writing skills. You will work closely with the CEO to understand their vision, voice, and objectives, translating these into compelling social media content and strategies. In this unique position, you will be a driving force behind shaping the digital persona of a thought leader in the women's health sector. And we're unapologetically PINK.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with our PR agency of record to devise and implement creative social media strategies that reflect the CEO's vision, mission, and advocacy goalsAssist in managing the social media presence of the CEO on platforms like Instagram and LinkedInProduce high-quality photos and videos at events, speeches, and engagements with key stakeholdersCreate compelling content that communicates the CEO's mission and messagesMonitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and measure campaign effectivenessWork closely with the CEO, marketing team, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and support broader company objectivesEngage with influencers, industry leaders, and followers to build relationships and expand the CEO's networkAs needed, travel for meetings and events in support of the CEO, working some evenings and weekends
