Role: Sr. Digital Marketing Performance AnalystJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Seattle, Washington, United States (Hybrid)Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities,The Senior Digital Marketing Performance Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts. This position requires a deep understanding of campaign tracking, measurement, performance optimization, and multi-touch attribution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with industry-leading tools and a strong background in data aggregation and data mining.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation tools.Proficiency in Adobe, Google 360, Salesforce, Tableau, and other relevant tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with data aggregation, data mining, and statistical analysis.Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and business rule definition.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Relevant Experience ,7+ years of experience in digital marketing performance analysis.Experience in a similar industry or with large-scale digital marketing campaigns.Knowledge of industry leading analytics tools.Certifications in relevant tools and methodologies.Technical/Functional Skills

,Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing measurement frameworks.Define, implement, and manage processes for campaign measurement.Own the end-to-end process workflow for digital marketing analytics.Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Tableau, and other industry tools to track and measure campaign performance.Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize campaign strategies.Conduct data mining and aggregation to support in-depth analysis and reporting.Understand multi-touch attribution and help define appropriate business rules for attribution tracking.Develop a maturity roadmap for digital marketing analytics.Generic Managerial Skills,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics.Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis and reporting techniques.
