After 10 years of cooking up award-winning work, we know one thing for sure - we’re just warming up.If you're looking for an opportunity to join an ambitious team that is singularly focused on doing great work with great people and making your mark in an industry long overdue for a shakeup, we'd love to hear from you!Overview:Start Date: ASAP - December 31, 2024Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm local time (Must commit to 40 hours/week)Location: Austin (Hybrid role; required to be in the Austin office 1-2 times/month)Pay: $19/hour (+ overtime pay for hours beyond 40/week)Post-Internship: While this internship has the potential to lead to a full-time position, it is not guaranteed and will depend on performance and company needs.As a Paid Media Intern, you will:Work closely with our Paid Media Lead to assist in the creation, management and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)Work closely with our influencer team to community manage paid posts that are boosted via influencer handlesConduct keyword research and competitive analysis to support campaign strategiesMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvementCreate campaign and monthly reports with learnings, insights and recommendations based on performanceSupport the development of ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the design teamStay updated on the latest social media and digital trends, writing up analyses on their relevance to consumers and Praytell clientsRequirementsExperience you have:Coursework or previous internship/work experience in advertising, paid media, analytics, or a related fieldBasic understanding of ad and analytics platforms on Google, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, and using Microsoft Excel and G-suiteBasic knowledge of media buying/advertising terminologyYou must have already graduated or be graduating in December 2024.Equally as important, you are:Meticulous and well-organizedFlexible and adaptableCollaborative and a team player, with a can-do attitudeA creative thinker and problem solverAmbitious and entrepreneurialInquisitive and eager to learnHonest and ethicalConnected to cultureCommitted to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplaceInterview Process
