Tenet3® is seeking a
UI/UX Designer
with a strong background in animation and videography. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, engaging user interfaces while integrating dynamic visual elements.
Basic Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive)Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.Understand target audience and the ability to identify and analyze audience demographics preferences and behaviors.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Develop animations and motion graphics to enhance user interaction and engagement.Collaborate with cross functions to ensure the smooth implementation of animations and motion graphics.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how the platform work and look.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, or a related field.3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and videography skills.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, or similar.Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and best practices in UI/UX design.Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers.Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Familiarity with video production tools and techniques.
