Reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Engagement Marketing/Print Specialist. The candidate will work in the office during the week and manage all aspects of graphic design per client direction and manager approval. Will execute and oversee all print jobs, printer equipment, and supplies.Requirements:Ideal candidate is an outgoing, positive, self-starter who excels in a fast-paced team environmentStrong interpersonal communication skills desiredMeticulous use of the company calendarDetail-oriented and organizedFlexible to rapidly changing tasks and scheduleAvailable to work weekdays, occasional weekends, and/or after office hours based on the year-round event calendar.Detailed in follow-through with multiple ongoing projects.Able to lift 50 lbsMust have a reliable mode of transportation and a clean driving record; on occasion, a personal vehicle may be needed to transport equipment or install decals at event siteAbility to sometimes work in extreme weather conditions; heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditionsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointExpert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, HP RIP software for HP printers, and Graphtec plotterExperience with large format printers, color checking, ordering ink and vinyl, and proper upkeep on machinesExperience in designing vehicle wrapsResponsibilities (not limited to)Overall management of printer equipment to ensure it is properly working and well-maintained, including annual printer maintenanceOrder ink, vinyl, banner material, and all needed equipment for printer operations, maintain proper inventoryDesign graphics for client approval including event signage, vehicle wraps, and vehicle decalsProduce all graphics and signage on time for current projects. Occasional print-on-demand scenariosForecast signage needs and be proactive in producing graphicsInventory and manage existing decals and signage to reduce over or under production of materialsCoordinate vehicle wrap installs with installer (install experience a plus)Ensure that all print jobs are produced properly, correctly, and on time, including taking & double-checking measurements, selecting proper vinyl material/laminate, and substrate applicationProvide cost estimates to ensure proper billing to the client, and ensure that projects are in line with program budgetsAssist with design, print, and occasional installation of quarterly store sales eventObserve and participate in weekly meetings to anticipate project needsAbility to work in a team environment, but also self-motivated to tackle projects independentlyAssist with overall print shipping needsInstall decals on display vehicles (training provided)Occasional transport of vehicles around town as needed for eventsCompensationSalary $55,000 - $65,000, based on a 40-hour average workweekBonus based on performance as appropriateHealth Care Coverage (up to $400/month), first of the month following 60 days of employmentPartial cell phone reimbursement including $50 usage reimbursement per month and 50% handset reimbursement with manager approval based on need401K after 1 year, with 4% employer matchPaid Vacation PTO accrues in the first year of Full-Time EmploymentAfter 1 year - 10 days of vacationAfter 3 years - 16 days of vacationAfter 5 years - 21 days of vacationPerksAuto Stipend - $150/month for owning or purchasing Toyota vehicle (model must be no older than 7 years) after 6 months of employment.
