Freelance Graphic Designer

Sara Shala design is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer based in New York and able to work hybrid a few times a month.As the Graphic Designer at Sara Shala Design, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our visual identity across multiple platforms.This role will work closely with the creative, marketing and digital teams to execute the brand's creative vision, ensuring that all design work aligns with brand standards and objectives. This role aids in the definition of the brand's digital design look and feel-from seasonal campaigns, social and paid social, look books to to product launches. Exceptional attention to detail, sharp eye for visual design, and an understanding of the brand and brand guidelines are required to be successful in this role.ResponsibilitiesWork with the design, copy, and marketing teams to support all marketing initiatives.Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual content across print, digital, and physical mediums.Create and assist in creating all digital collateral for social, mailing lists, look books and physical presentationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.Assist with creation and maintenance of internal and external presentations and guides as needed.Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends.Analyze and optimize creative for performance and best practicesImprove the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer.Requirements:Must be able to work a hybrid position to New York, NY2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Must be able to work a hybrid position to New York, NYProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.Photography and video editing skills are a plus.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Please attach your resume and reference links of past works upon application.Thank you
