Business Development Lead - Audio/Visual, Physical Security, DASReports to : President and OwnerPosition Summary:Our client is a leading provider of audio visual, video surveillance, physical security solutions and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to expand their Sales Executive team. This 30-year-old company is a leader in their field and is continuously selected by their clients for their high level of technical expertise and unfailing customer support.Ideal candidates are self-starters with a proven track record in business development who are looking for the next step in their career to have unlimited earning capability. The owner is a strong believer in paying a premium for top talent which shows in their strong sales team tenure.If you have a strong network, experience selling A/V, DAS, physical security products and/or structured cabling solutions and are looking for the next company where you can maximize your earning potential and put down roots with, we'd like to hear from you!Responsibilities :Generate leads through various means including using your existing referral network and existing book of business.Have 5+ years' experience in selling AV, DAS, and Security solutions to drive revenue growth.Effectively navigate challenging situations and meet sales targets.Build relationships with high-value enterprise and medium sized clients.Have a proven business development methodology, including a strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.Successfully manage the full client sales cycle including lead generation, client demonstrations, proposal development, and assist with post-sale support as needed.Work effectively and collaborate with dedicated Design & Engineering and other internal support team members.Develop a yearly and weekly sales strategy and execution plan.Maintain and produce monthly forecasts and track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.Maintain a high level of organization, managing your pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions efficiently.Embrace a small company mentality, adapting to the dynamic environment and taking ownership of your sales objectives.Qualifications :5 + years of experience selling A/V, DAS, physical security and/or structured cabling solutions.Documented track record of consistently achieving at least $1.5-3M+ in gross revenue per year.A high-hunter mindset with a strong desire to build and expand a book of business.Ideally, has an existing book of business and/or a strong referral network with Real Estate Developers, Architecture, Engineering, & Construction (AEC), Designers, etc.Display self-motivation and initiative, consistently seeking out new opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.SE# 510586416
