User Experience ResearcherWe are looking to add to our team!
Looking for someone with a solid work history in a User Experience Researcher role.
You would join research as a part of the digital product design department working closely with designers product owners, and engineers.
This role is REMOTE.M-F 40hrs$69.25 Description:
Interface with product, design, and development teams to raise awareness of user needs, pain points, and behaviorsUnderstand stakeholder research needs and identify the right research methodologies to address themFully execute research projects from initial kick off, to fielding/interviewing, to sharing findings as a primary researcherDevelop UX Research artifacts including proposals, moderator's guides, and results summariesSynthesize research findings elegantly and efficientlyIdentify unmet research opportunities that can add value and efficiently execute themRecruit and maintain lists of targeted research participants from internal and external sourcesServe as a source of user knowledge for the organization- 5+ years of experience conducting formal research
Required-BA or Master's Degree in HCI, psychology, human factors, social science, or a related field-Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques like contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive benchmarking, interviews, focus groups, and surveysAn obsession with understanding how to make amazing experiences for human beingsExperience with UX Research tools like the OptimalSort, UserZoom, , or other toolsExperience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or other survey platformsWillingness to challenge the status quo when it comes to addressing the needs of usersEnthusiasm in ambiguity and uncertaintyComfort operating autonomously

Pay Details:
$69.25 per hour
