We are seeking an energetic and experienced Marketing Director with a strong hands-on approach to build and lead our marketing department from the ground up. This role is pivotal to our continued success, offering a unique opportunity to set the strategy and direction for Burq’s marketing efforts while executing key initiatives directly.Key Responsibilities:Department Leadership:

Develop and lead the marketing department, establishing best practices and processes while being directly involved in executing key marketing activities.Brand Strategy:

Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Burq’s growth objectives.Website Management:

Oversee a complete revamp of the company website to enhance user experience and brand messaging.Product Marketing:

Drive product marketing efforts, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to target audiences.Social Media:

Manage and grow our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to engage with our community and industry stakeholders.Content Creation:

Develop compelling content for webinars, blogs, and other marketing collateral to drive engagement and brand awareness.Event Management:

Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other events that position Burq as a leader in the industry.Willingness to Travel:

Represent Burq at conferences and events to build industry relationships and enhance brand visibility.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.Partnership Development:

Identify and build strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize analytics to drive marketing strategies and optimize performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
