Description:
need for a UC Engineer I to be dedicated to supporting our Patient Access Center team assessing physician practices and bringing them onto our Cisco cloud environment hosted by C1CX. There would be a degree of travel required to perform on-site assessments of the practices prior to managing the IVR integration/config and then support of the agents on Windows laptops running Jabber. Engagement term: TBD but at least through the remainder of FY24 -Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Unified Communications/PBX (NEC) user administration and data communications installation. -Hands-on experience and proficient with the following technologies and systems: Cisco IP Phones Cisco Communications Manager (CUCM) Cisco Jabber Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) SIP Trunking Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony Cisco Mobile & Remote Access -Self-motivated, assertive, strong willingness to learn -Detail oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficient with Google Suite including Sheets, Docs and Slides.
