Graphic Design & Creative Specialist

to work on a range of creative projects for a variety of clients as well as the firm. This position will serve as a brand steward for IMG, ensuring a strong and consistent brand image across all creative channels by having a thorough understanding of branding, graphic design, and social media. This position will work closely with members of our digital and PR teams, as well as the occasional vendor/external contractor, to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Projects range from regular client work to quick turnaround projects.This is a hybrid role; candidates must be able to commute to our office in Downtown Boston three days per week.RESPONSIBILITIESWork on a wide range of projects using various software programs to conceptualize and design innovative creative materialsDesign, create, and maintain a consistent brand experience and identity, regardless of channel or medium, from digital to printManage and update digital platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, WordPress, and othersDesigns may include, but are not limited to, social media posts, digital invitations, print flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and print products (coasters, bags, business cards, etc.)Provide project-level support related to the agency's and clients' creative needsConceptualize, refine, manage, and execute designs, illustrations, graphics, layouts, presentations, videos, animations, and other creative marketing/advertising assetsMaintain strong relationships with vendors of creative materials, ensuring high quality products are delivered to clients on timeMaintain an archive of electronic production files, artwork, and imagesServe as subject matter expert and provide insight regarding current digital and design trends to support firm's strategy and marketing goalsProvide recommendations to support the digital team's work involving website optimizations, such as blog spots, SEO, and visual formatting, on an as-needed basisREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONSBA of BFA Degree in Graphic Design or related disciplinePrevious agency experience a plus but not requiredProficient in design programs including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and LightroomExperience using social media scheduling tools (i.e.. Loomly, Planoly, etc.)Ability to create digital marketing materials including HTML5 ads, video assets, pamphlets/booklets, brand style guides, and social media creativeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and OneDriveStrong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projectsA team player with a service-oriented attitude towards clients, possessing the ability to come up with creative solutions and willingly adopt feedbackComfortability communicating with clients verbally and over emailA strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAll applicants must submit examples of past design and creative projects.We hire candidates who are smart, determined, and bring something new to the table.
