Marketing Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:The Marketing Solutions Project Manager (MSPM) is responsible for delivering on-target, in-scope, on-brand delivery of BU prioritized initiatives as defined via dedicated teams planning sessions and communicated by the Marketing Solutions Lead. The MSPM role requires outstanding project management, organization, and communication skills. The MSPM will coordinate closely with the Marketing Solution Lead to understand which projects to deliver and when, they will also coordinate with the dedicated cross-functional team members to develop informed project plans, tasks and progress communication. We kindly request that only candidates who already possess the legal right to work in the United States apply for consideration.REPSONSIBILITIES:Deliver on BU's prioritized projects and initiativesDevelop project schedule and workflowsIdentify project requirements and technical feasibilityManage key client interactions such as kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely project progressCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationManage project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed client expectationsReview client change requests and respond with schedule, level of effort, and budget implicationsPresent creative executions and capture feedbackRepresent the interests of the BU in interactions with cross-functional team membersIdentify and recommend opportunities to leverage reuse of past materials or direct business partners to self-service opportunitiesDeliver consistent project status communications to both BUs and dedicated team members.Ensure all reports, milestones, and tasks are updated in project management tool for Marketing Solutions Lead#cspro1022951
