As we expand, we're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and ensure our brand continues to thrive.Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth. This position requires a hands-on professional ready to tackle tasks big and small, from managing our brand presence to coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, all while ensuring compliance with our existing brand guidelines.Responsibilities:Brand Management:

Oversee all print and digital media, ensuring alignment with our existing brand guidelines. Educate and support agents in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing efforts.Content Creation & Distribution:

Develop engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). Manage content distribution to maximize reach and engagement.Design & Creative Coordination:

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing materials, coordinate with external designers where needed, and manage the creation of all print/marketing/ad media.Project Management:

Create and maintain project schedules, manage marketing calendars, and ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.Property Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings, track budgets, schedule and attend photoshoots, and manage online property listings.Client & Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with agents to achieve their advertising and marketing goals, coordinate with vendors for advertising projects, and manage pre-escrow client relations pertaining to marketing plans.Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research, analyze consumer behavior, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness.Budget Management:

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, allocate funds wisely, and ensure all campaigns stay within budget.Community Engagement:

Act as a community manager on social media platforms, engaging with clients, answering questions, and maintaining a conversational tone.Lead Generation:

Develop strategies to drive traffic to our website and convert visitors into leads through effective inbound and outbound marketing tactics.Email & Social Media Marketing:

Create and manage email campaigns, maintain our social media presence, and ensure timely and relevant communication with our audience.Special Projects:

Design and coordinate special farming pieces, non-property ads, and targeted marketing campaigns for expanding client base.Brand Guideline Enforcement:

Ensure that all marketing materials and agent activities adhere to our established brand guidelines. Provide training and support to agents to maintain brand consistency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, with a strong background in brand management, content creation, and social media marketing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging, data-driven content that resonates with our target audience.Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO, content distribution, and social media strategy.Experience with data analysis, budgeting, and performance measurement tools to optimize marketing efforts.Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a "no task too small or large" attitude.Experience in the residential real estate industry desired.Strong understanding and adherence to brand guidelines, with the ability to enforce and educate others on brand consistency.Why Join Us?At Inhabit Real Estate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing company.
