Read more about other benefits and perks HERE !What we do:GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.What you'll be doing:UX Designer will be responsible for executing new user experience design and implementing features/enhancements across several websites on behalf of the GroupeSTAHL organization. This position exists within the Creative Pillar of the marketing team and will work collaboratively with other creatives, marketing professionals, and IT members.Design complex, large-impact solutions from the ground-up with an understanding of technical capabilities, user research and business acumen that provide justification for design decisions.Work closely with cross-functional team members to conceive and propose new ideas, strategies, or concepts, and guide those projects to completion.Serve as a key driver of User Experience for digital experiences, capable of conceiving creative ideas and solutions that meet the needs of the user while balancing business and technical requirements.Responsible for end-to-end design process to deliver high-quality, comprehensive deliverables that are user-focused, intuitive, and successful in meeting marketing objectives.Serve as a key voice in user experience discussions across the company and share research, developments and ideas from external sources with internal team members.Qualifications:Must be physically located in the Detroit metro area already as the position is hybrid requiring two days a week in office.Must have a strong digital design portfolio with multiple examples of large-scale, complex projects, that are strategic in nature.Demonstrate an ability to initiate and own a project end-to-end to create successful solutions, with difficult time and resource constraints.Must be able to interpret and apply UX Design theory and principles to the complex problems.Requires the ability to incorporate User Research findings and methodologies in their process.B2B marketing experience desirable.Front-end development skills are desirable.5 or more years of experience in Web Design, UX/UI Design.Bachelors Degree required.
