Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is looking for an

Outreach Coordinator Marketing

to provide Outreach Support Services to Washington National Guard Service Members, Reserve Component Service Members, their spouses, dependents, and all Veterans for the Work for Warriors Washington (WFWWA) Employment Program, which falls under the Military and Family Readiness Programs (MFRP) Division of the Washington National Guard (WANG). The WFWWA program specializes in; resume writing, interview skills, professional networking, skill-building for gainful employment, and assistance with other government-backed programs to provide gainful employment opportunities at a living wage while providing businesses with skill-specific and highly qualified employees.

Start Date is Contract-Contingent.

Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive)

Deliver direct advertising support to MFSB Chief & Staff, including support of Employment Initiatives, increased brand awareness, participation, program successes and other duties as assigned.

Develop and implement the Strategic Marketing Plan that shall be inclusive of the WANG MFRB, Outreach Services, and J9 sister programs.

Increase program brand awareness within the WA National Guard across the state with employers and all other sister programs within Outreach Services, the MFRB, and the J9 Directorate.

Connect with the target customer base, boost engagement and lead production, and build a partner community/network.

serve as the representative knowledgeable on all aspects of the marketing, strategic planning, marketing metrics, marketing budget, and infrastructure to attend leadership meetings as required by COR, MFRB Division, and WANG for Work for Warriors.

Perform marketing budget planning, manage marketing expenses, and marketing purchases and spending plans before executing funds.

Assist in developing, managing and maintaining website content, landing pages and email campaigns to support business and branding initiatives. Website updates should be optimized, easy to navigate, and quickly and efficiently drive traffic to desired locations.

Develop social media content for each Employment Coordinator and advertising programs and partnerships that support the core missions of the WANG WFW Programs.

Ensure that all Media productions be created with WANG input and approval by the COR and the Public Affairs Office (PAO) either digitally or in writing a minimum of two (2) days prior to release.

Shall provide an initial written strategic marketing plan which shall be included in the IP and include the following: reporting, social media development, brand development, advertising techniques, artwork creation, media production, and correspondence production.

Will ensure the website contains approved information daily or as needed, which supports strategic goals and messages of internal and external programs.

Develop and provide a baseline social and digital media conceptual development plan that will be conducted NLT 30 days after the contract award and continue throughout the period of performance. This will include reporting current analytics for each platform and establishing primary campaign objectives, strategies, and timelines to engage the customer base.

Establish a Brand Development Plan that will be ongoing, built with input from the WANG, and included in the IP with written strategy, goals, and milestones.

Create original illustrations and artwork utilizing various media, including camera-ready computerized graphics.

Design and develop advertising programs and campaigns.

Create original illustrations and artwork as needed utilizing various media to include camera-ready computerized marketing graphics.

Create original print media, digital media, and video blogging.

Create value-driven messaging and quality, interesting omni-channel content using various mediums (video, social media, white papers, articles, etc.) to support results-oriented, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference and demand aligned with growth programs.

Ensure that the Lead Employment Coordinator, Contract Manager and the COR can access all login and password information for all accounts held in the Work for Warriors name or on its behalf promoted by the WFWWA program.

Maintain complete all ATCTS & Government trainings.

Ensure timely submission of all required reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually).

Direct involvement with complex programs involving multiple tasks.

Attend all required events and unit locations across Washington state and provide face to face assistance as necessary in carrying out job duties for Service Members. Some overnight stay may be required. Primary travel will be to assigned region.

Establish a network with various community alliances, community working groups, task forces, trade schools, and other academic institutions.

Direct involvement with complex programs involving multiple tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or three (3) years as a program marketing coordinator experience working with the National Guard

Demonstrated capability in program/project coordinator applications

Must possess Army/Air National Guard knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
