Marketing Assistant

This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Director to create engaging and on-brand graphics for every variety of media with the purpose of growing the company's brand while adhering to all mortgage compliance laws and regulations.ResponsibilitiesCreate dynamic and engaging marketing pieces in digital and print to include brochures, flyers, mailers, banners, web and social media.Define requirements by visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layout, images and photos.Manage workflow and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with contributors to social media.Coordinate with Marketing Director to maximize impact of campaigns.Collaborate with the Marketing Director to integrate with and complement marketing strategies across multiple channels.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, print collateral and more.Create graphics to be used across various media.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, marketing or similar field, preferred.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)1-year Graphic design experienceMortgage industry experience preferredExperience using Canva and other similar platformsCRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience preferredProven creative flair and ability to translate requirements into design with a strong portfolio of print, illustrations and other graphicsAbility to translate complex ideas and concepts into clear communicationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independently to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionValid Driver's License
